Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched Tuesday & Thursday. Any orders placed before midday Tuesday and Thursday will be dispatched the same day.

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post

Standard Postage - 3-5 business days within metro areas

Express Postage - 1 business days with metro area


If you are from Victoria, and would like to pick up your items from our Black Rock store, you can select ‘Click and Collect' at no cost. Click and Collect orders will be processed, and available to collect Tuesday Thursday and Saturdays. Between 11am and 3pm.

We will advise when your items are ready for collection via email.

Returns and exchanges

All items purchased at full price may be returned for a store credit, or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include:

Products described as "made to order" Clearance/ Sale items (e.g. warehouse, floor stock etc.)

You will be responsible for the shipping cost to facilitate a change of mind return and responsible for ensuring safe return of the items/s

Returns will be processed with in 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in “original condition, we will issue you a credit voucher via email an amount equal to the price you paid for the product, or exchange for another item. Normal shipping fees will apply to send exchanged item.

Store credit voucher will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
